Straight answers about availability, imports, privacy, Premium, purchases, reports, and getting help without sending us a private conversation.
1. App Store availability
Tellune 1.0 is being prepared for iPhone. The App Store listing is not public yet, so this website does not link to a dead product page or claim that the app can already be downloaded.
A public Android release is not available. When a store listing is live, the download controls on this site will link directly to that verified listing.
2. What the preview includes
Your first import opens two real indicators with their measured values and shows the titles of the remaining seven. Premium unlocks the complete nine-indicator read, the evidence behind it, the coaching plan, additional analyses, report history, rematches, and optional Private Sync.
The preview is not a free complete report.
3. Importing a conversation
Tellune supports one-to-one conversations. You can:
- Import a WhatsApp
.txtexport or a safe.zipcontaining that text file - Paste conversation text
- Use supported screenshots after confirming their temporary cloud processing
Group-chat analysis is not available. For the most complete timing indicators, use a WhatsApp export without media. Follow the iPhone export guide.
4. Privacy and cloud processing
WhatsApp exports and pasted text are parsed on your device. Screenshot extraction sends temporary compressed image copies only after a separate confirmation. Optional coaching sends the chosen goal, indicator values, and the exact minimised excerpts shown before consent. The raw export is not sent for coaching.

5. Premium and purchases
Premium is a subscription processed by Apple. The paywall shows the current weekly and annual prices before purchase. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal are managed through the Apple Account used for the purchase.

6. Reports, sync, and deletion
Reports are stored encrypted on the device. Premium Private Sync stores an opaque end-to-end encrypted snapshot that requires your recovery code. Tellune cannot recover a lost code or decrypt the synced contents.
You can delete one report, remove the encrypted cloud copy, or wipe protected data from Settings. SeeHow to delete a report.
7. Contact support
Email support@tellune.app. Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and the screen where the problem occurred.
Do not email chat exports, message screenshots, recovery codes, payment-card details, or another person's private information. For purchase questions, an Apple receipt or transaction identifier is enough; redact unrelated information.
8. Product boundaries
Tellune is for adults aged 18 or older. It measures observable communication patterns. It does not determine another person's feelings, diagnose a relationship, score compatibility, replace professional support, or provide emergency or legal advice.
